Learning to cook in a third-world country is an adventure to say the least. With few grocery stores and limited equipment in the kitchen, improvising becomes the best method to do things most of the time. I have learned to make so many things from scratch. Things I never knew could be made from scratch. In the end, it has made my husband and I much healthier people and more adventuresome in the kitchen.
