Kampot, Cambodia, is the capital of the Kampot province. It’s a small river town that sits just a few kilometers from the ocean. At one time, Cambodia was a French colony, and Kampot has some French architecture that still exists around town. Kampot is quickly becoming popular with tourists. There are some great restaurants in town and a few new developments the government is doing to beautify the city. This part of my blog is for those who are curious about the city we live in.
